We have now started ACMA training session for 6 months in Quality, production and SCM. Our Trainor Mr. Mahavir Singh is having experience with Maruti and Mahindra.
We are now setting goals for improvement every month with Data analysis and training to all related staff. Daily data made by team before and after lunch for analysis. Our goal is for checking online every hour.

75TH AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV, BY KHUTALE ENGINEERING PVT LTD., SATARA
On the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on 15th August 2022 Khutale Engineering Pvt Ltd, Synergy Engineers and Powder Coaters and Formafab Satara jointly organized a flag hoisting ceremony at the hands of Mr. Shirish Khutale CMD for the first time at the establishment.
After saluting the flag and singing national anthem he addressed the employees by remembering the heroes and freedom fighters like Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, and numerous known unknown heroes and jawans. who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
He appealed to all to be the responsible Indian citizen at home ,at society and at work pace by achieving continuous improvement in quality, productivity, elimination of abnormalities & safety at work place similarly observing traffic rules, saving Water & electricity, Protecting Environment by elimination of plastic use and maintaining cleanliness. Such practices by all only would make our nation a developed nation….
