Interio Annual Sales Conference at Bangalore

Interio Annual Sales Conference 2023 was held in the Silicon Valley of India from April 5 to 8, 2023. Close to 750 Interioites participated in this event which was held at Hotel Hilton, Bangalore.

Our Division Head, Mr Swapneel Nagarkar personally invited the team through an unique AR Technology invite. All communication related to the conference too were digital in keeping with the spirit of the city.

First day saw the unveiling of the theme by Mr Nagarkar followed by his address. Ms Nyrika Holkar, Mr Anil Verma, Ms Harpreet Kaur, Mr Pirooz Movdawala were also present on Day 1 and addressed Team Interio. Awards were given to star performers by our Top Management recognising their efforts & hardwork.

Day 2 & 3 were packed with various sessions. Presentations were on wide LED screen on a spectacular stage. Lot of new learnings in the conference were shared not via regular sessions but with the use of interactive quiz rounds between each zone.

Mouth watering cuisines from all over India were specially curated for this event. One half day was given to interiorities to explore the city or to stay in property and enjoy.

This event was followed by the HO Conference at Pune and B2B Projects Conference in Khopoli.

Education Excellence Conclave

On April 16, 2023, we participated in the Education Excellence Conclave held in Lucknow, where we showcased our innovative education furniture to private schools and administrators, aiming to enhance their learning environments.

It was an excellent opportunity to interact with educators and administrators, discussing the importance of creating learning environments that foster collaboration and creativity. Anvita, our representative, delivered an engaging talk on how the selection of suitable furniture impact space design and consequently, holistic new-age learning.

East Zone Dealer Meet 2023

East Zone branches invited its Top Dealers for Zonal WD Meet at Khopoli, Maharashtra. It was held from May 3-5, 2023.

On May 3rd, after reaching Hotel Novotel, Khopoli, the dealers were taken on a three hour guided tour of Godrej Interio Khalapur plants. On May 4th, the dealer conference was held in the hotel since the morning. Interio Business Head, Mr Swapneel Nagarkar along with his team comprising Mr Sameer Joshi, Mr Ravi Menon, Mr Neville Daruwalla and Mr Abhishek Awasthi from GI, HO graced the conference.

The conference was flagged off by the unveiling of the GI theme by the Zonal Manager, East, Mr Ratul Mazumder and his address. Mr Nagarkar spoke of the year that was and the pathway for the year ahead. Mr Sameer Joshi and Mr Ravi Menon did the same for Interio B2B Products and Service. Mr Joshi also talked about various plans afoot for development of the channel. There were presentations by East Zone members on New Products, GeM. The RCM, East, Mr Sumeet Baruah talked about the ambitious plans Commercial has for more system-driven operations.

The evening was spent in the Annual Awards Nite where the top performers among dealers were felicitated. There were cultural programmes as interludes to the awards. The Awards Nite was followed by gala dinner and cocktails.

May 5th was spent on a trip to the Water Amusement park adjoining the hotel and a visit to the sunset point at Khandala.

On May 6th morning, the dealers left Khopoli happy, energized, rejuvenated and ready to take on the new year.

West Zone Priority Channel Partners Meet

We had our WEST ZONE Priority Channel Partner Meet at scenic Lonavala (The FERNS Ecotel Hotel) from June 7 – 9, 2023.

The 3 days, 2 nights conference was full of exhilaration and excitement encompassing both NEW CHANNELS as well as decade plus old dealers.

Sr Management dignitaries viz. our Business Head - Mr Swapneel Nagarkar, Mr Sameer Joshi (Sr VP- Marketing and Sales – B2B), Mr Bomi Gandhi (Zonal Head) and Mr Sumeet Malik (RCM-West) graced the occasion, shared their thoughts and valuable insights on Interio Business outlook and shape of things to come.

This was followed by Knowledge sharing sessions by Branch & HO Team representatives. NPIs, GeM, AV Solutions, Service operations and Channel Management presentations were taken up with Q&A from Channel Partners.

The evening session entailed celebration of WD achievements through a FUN FILLED Award Ceremony to recognize and reward TOP ACHIEVERS.

All in All, the opening day involved productive rounds of meetings and discussions with new ideas and a renewed sense of commitment from Channels towards surpassing greater milestones in the current fiscal.

A visit to the Khalapur Factory was planned on DAY 2 where we demonstrated our Manufacturing competence and prowess in coil to component production methodology through technologically advanced machinery and processes.

This was followed by sight- seeing to relevant points of interest in and around Lonavala.

The stay and travel arrangements were top notch and lauded by all channel partners.

Newly appointed Dealer Training Programme

Godrej Chennai organized a training programme for their newly appointed dealers on June 16, 2023 at the Display Centre in Chennai.

The training was on B2B Products – DOSS. The following dealerships participated in this training programme :
